Custom buttons that pass your lab, your wash and your customer.
27 years in garment trims. Our own factory with 11 in-house testing machines and a batch number on every bag. Zippers, cords, labels and metal parts ship under the same PO.

Our button families, one factory
Shirt, Blouse & Polo Buttons
The tone that matched on the sample board looks flat against the finished shirt We test it before bulk.
Faux Horn Buttons
Two production runs, two shades of 'brown horn' We test it before bulk.
Imitation Shell Buttons
The coating lifts at the rim and the customer sees a white edge on a dark shirt. We test it before bulk.
GRS Recycled Buttons
The brand's auditor asks for a transaction certificate and the supplier cannot produce one We test it before bulk.
Beads Collection Buttons
A decorative bead detaches and fails the small-parts test We test it before bulk.
UV & Digital Printing Buttons
A printed logo rubs away and the brand treats it as a quality defect. We test it before bulk.
Eleven testing machines. A batch number on every bag. The factory address is our registered address.
Most suppliers send a certificate PDF. We send the test result for the lot you are buying, and we can tell you which machine produced it.
- 01Salt spray — hours achieved reported per plating lot, not a catalogue claim.
- 02Wash & rub fastness — tested to the care label you actually print.
- 03Pull & attachment strength — the number your brand's lab will ask for.
- 04Colour — spectrophotometer against the approved dip, kept on file for repeats.
- 05Batch retention — a physical sample of every lot retained, so a claim can be traced, not argued.
Buttons are what we do deepest. The rest of the trims ship with them.
Zippers
Metal, nylon and moulded, tape dyed to your reference.
Drawcords & webbing
Hood cords, elastic, woven webbing — with matched locks.
Labels
Woven main labels, care labels, leather and PU patches.
Metal parts
Snaps, rivets, eyelets, buckles — plating chosen for the wash.
One PO, one shipment, one accountability. Your trim list arrives complete, on one delivery date, from one supplier who answers for all of it.
From your spec to a repeatable lot
Send the spec
Size, colour reference, care label, destination market. A photo of the garment helps more than a drawing.
Sample & approve
Physical sample with the test result for that sample. You approve a physical reference, not a screen.
Pre-production
Colour dip and material confirmed in writing. No bulk starts on an email assumption.
Bulk & record
Batch-coded bags, retained samples, and the documents your buyer's lab will ask for.
Send us the garment. We will send back the trims list.
Tell us what you are making and the market you sell into. You get a trim package with specifications, test references and one price — not five suppliers to chase.
